Q: What is your out of stock item policy?
A. We are a small establishment so we are not able keep large amounts of some inventory in
stock. It is rare but if a particular item is not in stock after you purchase it we will immediately
do one of the following:
1. Promptly refund you for the portion of your order that is not available;
2. Suggest comparable leather styles;
3. If the leather will become available soon, we will provide you with an estimated availability
date (we will refund your money and bill you when the leather becomes available).
